Dandelion heart,
Hard to miss.
Soft eyes, torrential
Soul melts mine;
The devil's never
Far from us
Now; but they are quick,
The angels.
Our battles die soon;
Our wedding
Bed is still so sweet.
Yes, even
After your sad heart
Bears the weight
Of long talks, even
Unbroken
Silence, and cold stares.
Sleep well, love;
Tonight more angels
Have won than
Have lost. Oh sweet dreams.
